Shipping & Payments

Payment Policy


We use Stripe as our payment gateway. When you enter your payment information on our website that is protected by Stripe's encryption and we never get to see any of your payment information. Your card information is processed through Stripe and is returned to us either paid or not.  We cannot see any of your financial information.

Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Clean Juice Pty Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

We only ship within Australia at this time. 


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are calculated directly from Australia Post and are based on your location and the weight of the products you have selected. 


Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please be aware that once we have handed over your products to Australia Post, any challenges they experience are out of our control. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages


Clean Juice Australia, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy


We currently do not ship outside Australia.
